The Bowls Club is situated behind the Steeple Morden Village Hall. 2008 was the Club's 60th anniversary.

It serves members from Steeple, Guilden, Litlington, Ashwell, and the surrounding area.

The Club is a mixed Club and Club Night is on Wednesday 6.30 during the outdoor season (April - Oct).

Our current President is Mr Howard Jarman from Guilden Morden.

We have bowls during the winter, Indoors, Short mat bowls is played Monday Morning, 10.00 am  Tueday & THursday 2.00 pm, Friday evening 7.30 pm.

The junior section meets on Wednesday 6.00 -  8.00 pm using short mat as a coaching tool, this started 15th October 2008

A 3 stage award is run for juniors - Bronze, Silver and Gold, and will encourage the youngsters to Bowl outdoors when the season starts.

Arrangements have been made with Bassingbourn Village College who have arranged for the CRB clearance to be carried out on our Coach Dan Sheehan, who may be contacted on 01763 853101. Coaching is free for all ages.
