The Poor’s Charity (charity number 201861) is funded by the income from land donated in 1896 for the “relief of the poor” in the parish of Guilden Morden. The trustees consider requests from elderly people or those with disability or special needs and payments are usually made in February or March.
Anyone wishing to register themselves or another parishioner who they think will qualify for a payment from the Poor’s Charity should provide details in writing to any of the undersigned trustees:
